Who: Diabetics, people with a family history of Diabetes
Where: Bluebird building (70 Head of the Lake Road)
Come and gain knowledge about diabetes, and what you can do to manage or prevent it. Get referrals for A1C testing from the pharmacist. Education about healthy living and preventative measures from the Community Nurse and more! (plus door prizes!)
