Our offices, schools and facilities are closed during the isolation however we remain open to serve you. Contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Please remember that staff are working long hours and are doing their absolute best to help. Be kind. Be patient.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19 and you would like to speak to an OKIB nurse please call 236-600-0233 or 250-241-7595. A nurse is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is NOT an emergency line. If you are experiencing any severe symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing call 9-1-1.

Safe re-opening procedures in place at OKIB facilities

Health Department and OHS staff develop safe reopening procedures and we need your cooperation.

OKIB offices are now open; however, the office doors will be locked and visitors and guests will require an appointment to visit the offices.

We will do our best to provide you with assistance over the phone, or we will arrange an appointment for you.
