Indigenous End of Life Guide Course
Monday April 22 – Thursday April 25th 9:00am – 4:00pm
*This course is tentatively set to be hosted at the Health Building upstairs boardroom*
You are invited to join a free 4 day in-person course where we will learn and share about supporting the sacred end of life journey. This course is for First Nations people wanting to deepen their understanding of how to help people who are on their journey to the Ancestors. Topics include: traditional & cultural practices, advance care planning, communication, self-care, supporting the final days, grief support & more.
Sue Bartnik and Jo-Anne Gottfriedson (Knowledge keeper/Elder) will be co-facilitating the course.
